Woah time flies man. Saying bye bye soon to another work week. Yay.

Still taking relief classes for the past few days, and for two days consecutively I got two technical classes for four periods straight each which almost made me vomit blood. Today's class was the most incorrigible and arrogant bunch of people I've met in the school so far, but the class was relatively better than what I expected. I suppose like what they say, better to give the upper secondary a bit of face because most of them are really at a stage where they think they know about a lot of stuff and whereby pride is the primary force that controls their actions. I mean I didn't like being shouted when I was in upper sec because I think I was almost just as good as the teacher. On the other hand the lower sec I consider them to be slightly better, although they have extremely short attention spans and high levels of energy. But they are an eager and honest bunch. They do things that made me wonder whether I should laugh or cry, and most of them are so naughty but so cute. Their candidness makes you wince but also makes you envious. When they know that you play a Naruto PSP game and they will want to talk to you.

I'm making mistakes everyday and learning from them, discovering myself and my students, exploring new perspectives and ways of doing things, and losing money for a new work wardrobe of clothes. It's hard work, but still die die must try la. I always tell myself, when you come out from a difficult class, you gain a chance to reflect on what you've done. Yah its really not easy but hey, what's life without a few challenges?

Gotta prepare myself for more challenges ahead man. Hope I get my timetable soon so at least I'll be assisting and doing teaching, not stopping the students from playing poker cards, PSP, catching them when they play catching and nagging at them to go back to their seats.
